These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to GotSolarLeads.com and the purchase of marketing leads ("Leads") by solar installation companies ("Customer," "you"). The service is operated by AI SEO Local ("GotSolarLeads," "we," "us"). Legal entity: Zentyl (Pty) Ltd (holding company). By creating an account, submitting a lead request form, or purchasing Leads, you agree to these Terms.
You represent that you are a duly authorised representative of a solar installation business, licensed where required in your service territories, and at least 18 years old. GotSolarLeads sells business-to-business only; consumer homeowners are not customers under these Terms.
Leads may be offered as shared or exclusive, per-lead or membership packages, as described on the pricing page. Package details, territory boundaries, and pricing are confirmed in writing or in your order confirmation. Placeholder pricing on the website is not binding until confirmed by GotSolarLeads.
A qualified Lead generally includes verified homeowner contact information, property in an agreed territory, and documented intent to explore solar within the lookback window stated at purchase. You must notify us of a disputed Lead within five (5) business days of delivery with the Lead ID and reason. We will review against our quality criteria and may credit or replace Leads at our discretion. Repeated frivolous disputes may result in account suspension.
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are due on receipt or per your membership schedule. Failed payments pause Lead delivery. Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may result in immediate termination.
You may use Leads only for lawful solar sales outreach in compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing rules, and applicable privacy laws. You may not resell, broker, or publish Lead data. You are responsible for your own sales practices and licensing.
Lead data is confidential and provided solely for your internal sales use. You must implement reasonable security measures and delete or return data upon termination except where retention is required by law.
Leads are marketing contacts, not guaranteed appointments, contracts, or installations. We do not warrant conversion rates, revenue, or regulatory outcomes. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or Lead delivery is limited to the fees you paid to GotSolarLeads for the affected Leads in the thirty (30) days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, subscriptions are month-to-month. Either party may terminate with written notice. Sections that by nature should survive (payment, confidentiality, liability limits) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory US consumer or state law applies to your outreach obligations as the data controller contacting US homeowners.
